Lilla Nóra Kiss, PhD is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Schumpeter Project on Competition Policy, focusing on international antitrust and innovation policy, especially in digital markets. She is also a Post-Graduate Visiting Research Fellow with Hungary Foundation’s Liberty Bridge Program and an Adjunct Faculty member at the Global Antitrust Institute, George Mason University, where she teaches Antitrust and Consumer Protection Law.
Lilla holds a JD, a PhD in Law and Social Sciences, and multiple LLMs in European, International, and U.S. Law. She previously served as a senior counselor at the Hungarian Department of Justice and has taught EU business law and contributed to international legal research.
